Highlights:
The enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year was 2141 with 547 graduating Seniors.
Bill Morrison was named head coach for the 2009-2010 season.
Chris Loofe took over as Athletic Director in August 2012.
The school community mourned the loss of long-time trainer, Jim Johnston in March of 2014. Jim was killed in a bicycling accident.
The Wildcats returned to the State Tournament in 2013, 2015, & 2016.
Millard West won their District Championship in 2013 & 2015.
The Wildcats were District Runner-Ups in 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017 & 2018. In 2016, the Wildcats earned the Wildcard Berth to the State Tournament.
Connor Lusso became the school's second player to score 1000 career points.
Connor Lusso and Ben Kositzke became the 2nd and 3rd players from Millard West to be named 1st Team All-State.
In 2016-17, the Wildcats won their first Metro Tournament Title. Colby Gomes and Shae Wyatt were named to the all-tournament team. Shae was the honorary captain. He also scored 89 points and is now 17th on the all-time scoring list for the Metro Tournament.
In 2016-17 the Wildcats were rated #1 for the first time during the regular season.
Shae Wyatt was selected to play in the 2016-17 Coaches' All-Star Game.
Lance Smith was hired as the 4th Athletic Director at Millard West for the 2018-19 school year.
On December 16th, 2018, Coach Bill Morrison surpassed Rick Hook as the winningest coach in Millard West history by winning his 119th game at Millard West in a 50-30 victory over Papillion-LaVista.
