The Millard Basketball Association provides opportunities for 3rd through 8th grade athletes to learn the game of basketball. 228 grade school and middle school athletes compete on 24 teams in the MBA.
The program has four to five teams that compete at each grade level and at various competitive levels. The Millard Basketball Association was developed as a true feeder program. Each player in the MBA program lives in the Millard West attendance area and intends to attend Millard West High School.
Our goal is to develop young basketball players into young men.

“The world of sports is both a classroom and a laboratory. Through competition, we learn from a young age the value of training, practice, and discipline, as well as the meaning of fair play. Sports teach us how to persevere, how to deal with adversity, how to become part of a single heartbeat that defines a team. Sports teach lessons in leadership, respect, and courage.” -- Gary Mack
