Post  moves

The Post position has probably changed the most in the past 20 years.  But it is still an important part of the game.  We like to move guys in and out of the post area, so everyone will be in there at some point.  The more weapons you have in your game, the better chance you have to get on the floor.  If nothing else, post moves helps guards with their ability to finish at the rim.
