All activities are currently on hold as we go through quarentine due to Covid-19.
We do hope players will be working on their skills and staying in shape during this time, but the safety of our players is our primary concern at this time.
Through the month of May (and the summer if necessary) we will post individual workouts that players can conduct themselves.
Players that are not out for a spring sport have the opportunity to participate in our strength and conditioning program after school. Along with the strength and conditioning program will be skill development through open gyms and 4-man workouts.
Players meet at 3:30 in the weight room and workout Monday - Thursday every week.
After lifting, players will go through an agility/vertical jump workout.
Finally, the gym is open for individual offensive skill work on various days after school.
